hey guys does anyone know anything about where i could find pregnancy yoga in dundalk???? really want to start it and thought i knew where there was some but its not there anymore!!!cheers if you can help!

| Nope--I have had a time and a half finding one!! There's one in Drogheda, but I thought it was even dearer than usual so didn't stick with it, and there's another in Julianstown that I meant to investigate further, but then got very busy these few weeks. I would be very interested in having a travel partner, if you wanted to go all the way to Julianstown for yoga. I was thinking of starting at the end of the month. Let me know what you find please, if you find anything closer to home! :) |

will defo keep up the search and yeah sure if i can't find one here I would love to head to Julianstown it would be a wee girlie treat and a great way to get to know someone!!! talk to you again when i know more

| Oh no IJ--I searched Caroline online and rang her and she doesn't do it anymore:( Lack of venue and general craziness in her life. So, it looks like Julianstown is our option, unless something else comes up. |

Miriam Fox, Yoga & Reflexology, Stabannon, Castlebellingham 041 6851061.
I know she does ordinary Yoga Classes in Stabannon, Dundalk (think at the back of the Aura Pool) and Bellurgan but I think she has a couple of other places also. She might do it in Drogheda too Mammy G.

| heya couldn't find this thread the other day only figured out there is a page two option there no news on that the number above is not in use and a friend gave me another one buit it was for a different miriam fox who never even heard of yoga!SO BACK AT A DEAD END again!!!! |

| miriam rang me back last nite she was lovely didn't know of anyone that was doing the yoga in dundalk but she couldn't praise the classes in drogheda high enough she said to be carefull that where ever we go that we get a qualified pregnancy yoga instructor apparently not all of them have done the special course you need to do!Anyway she is looking out for a dvd she has had in the past that is meant to be fab and she will post it to me if she gets it!So the search continues!!! |

| DVD would be good. We could meet here to do a class of our own! I didn't like the ones in Drogheda (mainly too dear and seemed all about the money), which is why I am looking at the ones in Julianstown. It is very far though. |

| yeah she rang on friday and is sending me the dvd so we could do something like that Julianstown prob is a bit far really if drogheda is v expensive then the dvd will do!!!!!will let you know when it arrives and we can arrange something! |

| heya got a video in the post there on tue thoguht it was gonna be a dvd and that would have been cool but not so lucky do you know anywhere i can get it onto dvd we have a tiny tv video combi in our bedroom and my dh said he will try and copy it from that so i can use it downstairs but in case ha can't i need a back up! I am in Dundalk on the outskirts of the town do you know the blackrock rd near JJB? Where bouts are you yourself do you fancy meeting up some evening next week am off for the wkend to mayo but when i get back maybe we could meet up and get started on the dvd(hopefully get it sorted quick!)Maybe we could meet up for coffee or juice some one of the evening before we dig into yoga get to know each other!whatever you like!won't be on line again till monday but i;ll catch up then |

| There's a place on Park Street that transfers from vid to DVD. We have a video player here in the living room. Why don't we do it here? We are also right out by the JJB. Why don't we meet up for a coffee on Monday? Hughes & Hughes does a nice coffee, if that works for you. My sister is visiting from overseas, so it may be a bit sporadic for the next few weeks, but I'm sure we can work yoga in somewhere. This is cool!Do you have a yoga mat? |
