Hi All
My next baby massage class is starting on 27th of July in Glasthule at 2.30pm. The class will run for four weeks. You will learn how to massage your baby, yoga stretches for baby and one or two post natal yoga stretches for mum also! Massaging your baby will bring so many benefits e.g. aids digestion, teething, circulation, bonding, sleep etc.
